It's seriously August already? Sheesh. Ya know, there are things about being a kid that I don't want to have to live through again, however, I wouldn't mind the feeling that time crawls again. Ya know what I mean? Waiting FOREVER for Christmas and Halloween to come back around. Now it seems like you wait a week and it's right back here. When I was younger I never believed that time would "fly," and now I'm having trouble remembering when it didn't! Ah well. I'll make the most of it, that's for sure.

Let's talk weekend plans. I'll be at the 1st Annual Corn Roast for the Fond du Lac Community Church tomorrow (Saturday the 2nd) and I hope that you'll come out too. Free corn, root beer and live music by Rosewood. Should be a sweet time at the old Copps parking lot behind the Forest Mall in Fondy. Stop on out between 4 and 5 pm and I'll also get you signed up to win Brewers and Noah's Ark tickets on top of it. Other than that, I'll just be relaxing this weekend... I might venture over to the State Fair or EAA Airventure as well, so keep an eye out and say, "HEY" if you see me!
