Another Labor Day has come and gone and we're back to work again! I totally forgot about blogging the last two days of last week because... well, no reason. Just forgot! I get all mixed up when we merge the work day and The Second Shift, but now we are back to normal and ready to go.
I want to remind you about the site I mentioned awhile ago called HundredPushUps.com. It's a pretty cool site that sets you up with a plan to get up to 100 push ups in one sitting. I did my initial test last week and I started with the program yesterday. I thought that I'd keep this blog related so that I can update you on how its going and if it really works. I'm feeling a bit sore, but not too bad at all. I'm thinking that it's going to get pretty tough in the next couple of weeks, but you know what they say, "No pain, no gain!" I'm also using the same step-by-step plan to get to 100 sit ups in one sitting. That one's going to be tougher, but is definitely more needed. I think I need to cut back on the soda and tacos too... but we'll see how that goes ;)
