Dry-Erase Paint = Awesome

This is quite possibly the coolest paint ever.  Simply paint the wall with it, and you get a dry-erase board!  Not only is it a great business idea, but think how cool it would be for your kids to have a dry-erase wall.  Although, I suppose that could cause confusion for them thinking that every wall would be dry-erase.  You could also paint the counter with it for shopping lists, family notes and more.  The possibilities are endless!  Check out some pictures of it on Design Milk.
