Really? Favre Talk Already?

ESPN is reporting that Brett Favre is going to require ankle surgery if he plans on returning to play another season in the NFL.  The headline reads, "Favre needs surgery to play, QB says" insinuating that if Brett has the surgery, he's totally coming back to play.  However, in the article they state that he's going to need the surgery regardless.  It's not to make sure he can play, it's to make sure he can walk.  Of course, all the folks over there seem to be infatuated with ol' number four, so they'll find any excuse to bring up his name.  But do they really think that there will be an answer before the pre-season starts in August?

Here's today's Web Waster:

LucysHopeForACure - There's a benefit taking place this weekend called "Rock SMA" supporting The Gwendolyn Strong Foundation, dedicated to funding the research to cure Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), will be held from 5:00pm to Midnight at Branson's BBQ, 525 N. Peters Ave. in Fond du Lac. The fundraiser will also support the family of Lucy Zahn, a young resident of Fond du Lac who may only live to be 2-years-old because of her battle with type-1 SMA. In addition to dinner, there will be a silent auction, raffles, live music and more.  This is the site for more info and an opportunity to donate, should you be unable to attend.
