Watch Out for the Law

We're about to get into the summer driving season so the National Motorists' Association ranked the states on how friendly their enforcement efforts are to drivers. They're ranked from worst to first, so I'd say Wisconsin deserves a good ol' pat on the back getting into the top 20%. Here's the full story.
