USMemorialDay - I picked this site for Memorial Day last year, and I'm picking it again because I think it's the most comprehensive site for Monday's patriotic holiday.  There's information on the history of the day, activity ideas, grief and healing help and much more.  Granted, the interface is pretty outdated, but the content is top-notch.
